This program is designed for individuals and teams who are seeking to embody inner-peace, stay present, and increase capacity and productivity in all areas of life. Resilience is the ability to recover quickly. This class teaches you how to bounce back.
The 3-week duration of this live, zoom course provides ample time to practice, hone, and embody your new skills. It will be gentle, experiential and last about 1 hour and 30 minutes with extra time for questions immediately following. Included is a 20 minute one on one check in to be held about 2 weeks after our last session.

Class Objectives:
1. Identify—Learn to view the world through the Somatic Experiencing lens. Notice when you or
someone else is triggered or in dysregulation.
Discern different nervous system states. Parasympathetic: rest, digest, relate, heal, transform,
be creative vs Sympathetic: fight, flight, freeze or appease.
2. Respond—Learn effective techniques and skills to return to
nervous system regulation and balance.
3. Reinforce—Create a daily practice to help you maintain and increase inner-balance, capacity, and resilience.
